We employ a large staff of skilled craftsmen and have developed an extensive group of quality subcontractors that allow us to provide the highest quality construction and consistently meet production schedules. Each job is assigned a construction foreman and a project manager. We function as one team, with our project manager coordinating all aspects of the job.

We typically provide a completely equipped field office with all modern office conveniences on each job site for use by A & D personnel and subcontractors to help expedite production. We assume responsibility for the entire job, including hiring all subcontractors, coordinating production schedules, ordering materials, communications with architects and property owners and detailed reporting and accounting services.

Since many of our customers are building second homes in the Catskills or are not local residents, we also provide a job status reporting service on our corporate web site that allows clients to log in any time they like to view progress reports and photos for their projects.
